Roots in Somaliland + Somali Region ✝️
On the authority of Ibn Masood (may Allah be pleased with him) who said:
The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, “It is not permissible to spill the blood of a Muslim except in three [instances]: the married person who commits adultery, a life for a life, and the one who forsakes his religion and separates from the community.” [Al-Bukhari] [Muslim]
Whatever you think,at least have sympathy for them.

Use the term X Somali once they leave the deen they are not Somali no more they left both and has no place in Somalia nor the community in the diaspora. Wicked people shld be kept very far away this people are dangerous industry plants trying to mislead our kids and sibblings. I dont even let my younger sisters be with non hijabis let alone a X somali treat them like cholera n pest.
Yh u r a few screws loose.

Yes but there is a rule behind
There is a reason why you can’t take random Hadith and not know ruling behind it .

Here is a vid where it explains to you

I understand the ruling I never said a random Muslim can just kill a murtad. Doesn't work like that. There has to be a country that is governed by the sharia. second the person is given the chance to come back to Islam before there delt with. Also, the Hadith isn't random.

-I do agree you can kill the person under Islamic government
-not only that , two other options one is death and the other is to leave the land/country
-I think you took the word “random “ in a wrong way . Of course the Hadith isn’t random but what I mean is you can’t take any Hadiths if you don’t understand it from behind

As an ex ex-muslim somali, nothing but love to my ex muslim somali brothers & sisters.
Ex ex-muslim as in you left the religion and came back? Interesting.

What made you change your mind and return to the deen if you don’t mind sharing?

I was a ex mussie for about 2 years, but prior to that I wasn’t even a practicing muslim basically a munafiq. What made me leave in the first place was my lack of knowledge on the deen. Obviously with hadith & verses of Quran taken out of context, I made the decision that islam was a violent religion. Also at the time I was struggling with homosexuality so I automatically believed there was no place for me in jannah. After I left obviously at first I felt at peace but as time went by with no purpose in dunya it felt very depressing. Also not to mention how toxic the gay community is. With my hooyo encouraging me, I reluctantly decided to look back into islam.
I found out that the reasons that I left were easily debunkable. And for my homosexuality, I couldn’t see myself going anywhere with so I reverted back to islam. Sorry for the long paragraph.😅

Wow, you’re extremely lucky you’ve got a loving and supportive hooyo who guided you back to Islam, may Allah protect her.

Glad you found your way back on the right path sister :it0tdo8:

Yeah alx for my hooyo since my abo doesn’t want to talk to me anymore even after I reverted. She was patient due to the fact alot of her family struggled alot with islam.

I have watched documentaries about how ex muslims are treated in muslim countries and it is heartbreaking to say the least. I can't imagine how it feels like for ex muslims to announce that they are not muslim anymore. Must be very tough. I just wanna let the ex muslim users on here, and in general know that I have love for them as a muslim somali.

The Dangers of Leaving Islam

In a Muslim society, Muslims should have first priority in everything.
For example, I do not believe an ex-muslim should not be allowed to serve as a governor, headteacher, manager, or in any other position of authority over Muslims.
Yet they should be able to find work, albeit not in a authority role..

But, I do believe that an ex-muslim who does not seek to destroy the deen of the populace should be punished.Just design the society for a way that make it a incentive to become a muslim. Just think how many muslim nations became muslim for trade.

However for a ex-muslim who makes it their goal to remove the deen from the society i think we all know what the just punishment for that is.
