If Ethiopia bases its navy on Seylac, that means not only do they have territorial ambitions on that port, that also means they intend on eventually suffocating and swallowing DJibouti as well.
If you ask me, Abiy is resolving Ethiopia's lack of access to the sea. And it is a dangerous development to Somaliland and DJibouti as well.
