Egypt has many of the same problems as Pakistan/India. Massively over populated, woeful education system, poor, sexually repressed and poor law enforcement that makes them believe they can get away with it.

But I can assure this stuff happens underground in Saudi/the gulf. I had a cab driver in UAE who sexually harassed me lol, I’m sure it would be worse for women. It’s just if you’re caught you genuinely are in risk of life in prison.
