There are no accurate data, so how could you say its worse in non Muslim countries? I'm a Muslim, nor am I western loving. But places like Pakistan, Egypt and even Somalia are not safe for women to go about their everyday lives. Gulf countries are usually very safe MashaAllah, more so than the West.

Lets not bury our heads in the sand please. Thousands of Egyptian women, even ones wearing niqab have reported that harrassment is an everyday occurrence. Women who've been there on holiday will tell you how terrible they can be.
