Why am i not seeing the same witchhunt against reer Jabuuti who chose to be their own county instead of joining Somalia? Just say you dislike the Isaaq and go, do not drag the name of Somalia and the South into it.

No not the New York article. But the stories told to those journalist were exaggerated by the locals ;who were witnessing the horrors of urban warfare. You can thank the SNM for starting trouble for the local Somali population. Look at the Syrian government I am sure they have committed Human rights abuses and caused hellish conditions for the people. But remember Syria was at peace before the 2011 uprising. The government responded which is the essence of cause and effect.

This is all in the clear light of history.

The SNM made them flee by starting trouble for the government. The government did not one day wake up and say "oh its time to exterminate Isaaqs now". Bullshit.
