I myself see courthouse as more practical than a full-blown, money-wasting display (but then I’m not the type that dreamed about weddings). The majority of white people weddings I’ve been to have been very reasonable, cheap, and cut to the chase (didn’t run for hours).

Sure, they start families, but do they cultivate them? This even plagues a lot of ppl from our parents’ generation, forget kids our age that are repeating the process. Some of us were lucky enough to have two parents, others lost them to war and strife, but too many of them are just victims to a flimsy idea of family. I don’t know what it is.
