I think chunks needs to sit this one out. He can freely express his opinion. But sometimes he needs to understand his audiences are not all Muslim. Which means this will create more backlash on the religion. This isn’t always a good thing to think about. The idea of kicking your own flesh out of the house is not it.. If they feel the need to leave the religion, it’s better to help them find spirituality and recognition towards the deen.

I'd do the opposite. I'll treat my culture and deen like it's all mine and some cool shit they're not welcome to participate in. "No, you go hangout with ajanabi friends, son.
