Comparing someone agreeing with a nazi party and allowing them to inflict whatever they want on them to having a different opinion in regards to religion is ridiculous.
Reducing leaving islam to "difference of opinion" in itself is a bad faith argument. To you it might be a simple difference in opinion, to a muslim it might as well be life or death. I don't know if you choose to understand that or not.
Leaving a faith isn't equivalent to supporting or committing harm.
Again, this is you and your personal thoughts. There is no objectivity behind any of this. There's people out there who genuinely don't even think supporting or committing harm against certain individuals is an issue.
