Literally my first thought lol. That shit's barely palatable, radioactive slop wallahi.
Real milk even when pasteurized to shit: highly bioavailable protein; vitamin D, K2, A (betacarotene if it's cows and retinol with other animals), vitamin B12 and even vitamin C with some animals; cholesterol and saturated fats (yes, actually good for you and important which is why they're in mother's milk, dummies), iodine, zinc, phosphorous... with all of this and more being highly bioavailable and natural like the protein.

Almond milk: fortified "nutrients" you will in many cases piss out, a nice helping of antinutrients like oxalates and phytates, and water.

God help modern people if they're seriously uneducated and moronic enough to think drinking this water guzzling shit is better for them and the environment than going to some local farmer and buying some raw milk off him or trying lacto-free store-bought milk or something like raw kefir and laban if you have serious issues with lactose even after trying raw.

@Shimbiris does store bough pasteurized milk still contain enough protein to be a good source of it/ in general be healthy? :mjcry:
Some saaxiibs will tell you it's absolute garbage and while I agree raw milk is by far preferrable, full-fat pasteurized milk, especially if it's grass-fed, is still solid stuff over anything plant-based. I was mostly eating random store-bought dairy products (all pasteurized and not even grass-fed or free-range) and eating hilib back when I looked like this. Your digestion won't be as happy and you won't absorb quite as much as you could with raw but it should more than work nutrition wise.

Quick question: if raw milk is so good how come some governments ban it? Is it to run local farmers out of buisness kn favor for large corporate companies giving politicians lacaag?
