Managed to get back to hitting 100lb dumbells on each arm for a few reps on incline press(200lbs in total).

My gyms max dumbells are 120lbs. Goal is to do that for at least 3-5 reps, then I'll start my cut.

I might transition back to benching and try and get back to benching 3plates again.

Let's see how it goes.

I train twice a week boxing, and twice a week I follow a strong man program. I try to get my 15k steps every day, at the very minimum on my 3 resting days. The 15k steps a day is still a challenge for me specially during my workout days.

During Ramadan I didn’t train at all. Then went abroad for two weeks. i want to stop boxing and start submission wrestling but it’s a different city and they train in the morning during weekdays.

Mashallah I want to start fighting as well. It’s like I feel my testosterone depleting as I get older lmao

We have a very lethargic lifestyle and carbs induced diet. Males have now reduced testosterone compared to males in 1980s.
