Managed to get back to hitting 100lb dumbells on each arm for a few reps on incline press(200lbs in total).

My gyms max dumbells are 120lbs. Goal is to do that for at least 3-5 reps, then I'll start my cut.

I might transition back to benching and try and get back to benching 3plates again.

Let's see how it goes.
