My friend i only fear Allah but i think you confuse some things
Sharia isn't a written constitution. "Sharcada islaamka" is every law what we as muslims can derive from quran and Sunnah. A Muslim nation can be democratic or socialistic the only condition is that the islamic laws are implemented within the constitution.
To answer your question: If the type of Socialism doesn't contradict the Islamic laws, then there is no problem in socialism. If Socialism is without the sharia than it's a Secular (Taghut) system. MSB's way of Socialism is not any way near of the socialism of karl Marx. Yes it was more or less secular (i don't have much knowledge about it tbh) but to compare it to Karl Marx is way to far. He didn't ban religion or something crazy like the communist in Albania, Bosnia or The "democrat" ataturk in turkey did. Somali society was religious as a whole.
Anyways im not of the "Aabe Siyad Camp" nor of the "We curse a dead person camp", although he killed many of my relatives and bombed my home city. That man did good things for Somalia and bad things, Allah will judge him, we should learn from his many mistakes and profit from the many good things he made.
