Reminds me of the Cadaan Norse Pagans I have met. It's trendy nowadays to be anti-Abrahamic. The cadaans use the same excuses as these lot do, shitting on the middle east and claiming the religion their ancestors practiced for the last millennia isn't indigenous
It makes even less sense if you're Somali or Horner. We are Afro-Asiatics like Arabs, our languages and cultures are anciently related alongside having several similarities even during the pre-Islamic era like the predominant subsistence strategy (pastoral nomadism), similar coastal cultures and sharing loads of pre-historic ancestry (+40%). Not to mention that our Xabashi cousins were quite involved with early Islam from this to this. And, finally, Arabia is right fucking there:

To listen to these people talk it's like Arabians are Nordics and we're South African Zulus.

I like my dark-skin as much as anybody and smile whenever a madow walks up to me with that "Hello, brudda!" talk but some of these ilmo have been way too influenced by western black identity and culture and turn Arabs into some sort of stand-in for whites.
