The United States couldn't subdue the Taliban due to their presence in rugged mountains. Somaliland terrorists are taking advantage of the terrain to inflict harm on the population of Puntland. Then the Isaaq populace such as @DRACO take glee in the harm his cousins have caused.
Puntland is doing something about it.
The US is at least doing something about those that brought terrorism to their shores by attacking them in their lands, from the other side of the world. Your government is doing anything against what you consider the enemy, who are right on your door step.
