Nuur Dheere was former Deputy Governor of Middle Shabelle and also was a Member of Hirshabelle Police Force he was looking after Waare in Madaxtooyada. He has his own militia and is very against Dabageed and his group. He is seperate entity from Xuud but they have same agendas aligned that this new Hirshabelle to not function in Hiiraan which is a threat to Dabageed.


Jeyte is the Governor, he has been called to Jowhar to explain where the “taxes” have been going and knowing him he has not sent a single cent to Hirshabelle State account since Waare left office.

There is many agendas in this war in Beledweyne which one is to make sure the city is unstable to make the elections One city per FMS.
