The point of travelling isn’t racking up distances but seeing different peoples, languages and sights. That’s what you’d get around Europe because your hopping around to different countries with different cultures and even weather.if most of west Europe is so small it can be put into a state(not even the same country just one of 50 states) is it really considered travel? going fro elpaso Texas to Houston texas is like London to Vienna distance wise one is considered "traveled" the other isn't
Portugal, saxiib, you'll love it. Go there once a year with the missus. I'd recommend anywhere in the South, as its more tolerant there. Northerners, are somewhat racist.
West Europe is overrated. Croatia, west Ukraine, Georgia and the Baltic States have great and cheap holiday destination.
Italy hands down is the country with the most natural beauty & rich cultural/historical heritage. All these people saying Italy is trash has me like
america has more weather varriance than that whole continentThe point of travelling isn’t racking up distances but seeing different peoples, languages and sights. That’s what you’d get around Europe because your hopping around to different countries with different cultures and even weather.
Hope that makes sense!

I think @Tukraq is not taking into consideration how different these countries are, people, culture and food wise. He’s only thinking about the distance lolFor the millionth time, going from Netherlands to Portugal is not the same as going from Houston to Dallas. Jeez
eh, US regions are different food and culture wise and even people wise, theres a big variation in culture food and language say in Louisiana then cali where they share almost no similarities or Chicago and VermontI think @Tukraq is not taking into consideration how different these countries are, people, culture and food wise. Your example was Dallas and Houston which are basically the same, I agree west coast and southern states have some differences but I would still say Portuguese and the Dutch have way more difference in culture, language, food and people. It’s not really comparable.eh, US regions are different food and culture wise and even people wise, theres a big variation in culture food and language say in Louisiana then cali where they share almost no similarities or Chicago and Vermont
