Lol the US doesn’t rule the UN Security Council the Chinese and Russians have veto. Why do you think the Americans are being friendly to Somalia they fear Somalia going to the Russians and Chinese. If the Un security council is as what you say it is the Americans would have done something with it towards Syria and bashar Al Assad.

US has two vassal states there on the permanent security council and the majority of the council. Vetos are rarely used. China won’t for example veto US decisions on Somalia but they tend to always grumble.

Last year when US relaxed Somalia’s arms embargo for itself (US partner forces/Danab), China said this
