No it is not. They control the district capital Badhaadhe town and the surrounding countryside but the rest of the district and the coast is in government hands. The problem is the road goes through Badhaadhe town so the district is practically cut off

Patience. This isn’t just a Jubbaland operation but a federal one as well. There are howlgallo taking place in Badhaadhe as we speak but minor villages only. Only when Badhaadhe town is liberated will you hear anything

Jubbaland has been in Kulbiyow, Kudhaa, Buurgaabo, Raas Kaambooni etc for as long as Kismayo has been free but do you ever hear anything from there? No media ever comes from the district for some reason. Prob because the road is cut off

Yes is under Jubaland control you can go by sea by boat
Land you cannot, you can go by land from kismayo up to Stanbuul by coast or other side from kismayo to near Bulo Haji
