I try to eat about 1,300 calories a day but don't always make it. I'm tall too.

How many calories ya'll eat a day & be honest ya'll fat or slim?

I eat 3000-4000 cal a day. Sometimes upto 5000cal.

I'm amateur/semi pro athlete though. I play football in lower regional league as just a hobby.

I also have a full time job and part time college.

Just improve your diet and start to exercise if you are fat...

Some actually have little weight but their fat percentage is a lot. So they have flappy spaghetti arms

If that's your case you should just do weight lifting
