Somalis are not a mixed people. Our ancestors did not come from Yemen. We are a pure Black African homogeneous ethnic group. We are closely related to certain* Oromo tribes and the Afars. But the Amhara, Tigray-Tigrinya, Harari, Gurage, Saho, Bilen, Tigre, etc tribes are mixed people who are originally from Yemen and mixed with the native Oromo people, and then the Somalis and Afars branched out from the Oromos.
