It can be less than 21% but that seems unlikely given the other statistics.

For every 100 Somali households you go to, 21%+ are of single mothers, that's way to high.

How are you gonna round up from 21 to 25? Where did you learn math?

The margin of error was 3.8% but when you take into account other factors, it’s mostly likely around 25%.
