We need to remove Arabic loan words from the Somali vocabulary and replace them with Somali or Lowland East Cushitic words. It really pisses me off when I see how much Arabic is in Somali, especially when it’s unnecessary and a Somali equivalent exists.

Bro she's fucking around lol bananas got introduced in Somalia in the 1920s muus is an Arabic loan word I don't think Arabic has any somali Loan words maybe we have common proto afro Asiatic words but that's about it
