Nah I'm asking how long because it takes time for negative effects to come in.
From all my addictions which were probably 7 in total it took me like 4 years before I started realising how much it is effecting my life,
before that I was like I'm just doing it for fun
after a couple years it was just hell
I recommend u get out while u can
