The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Allah says, 'I will be against three persons on the Day of Resurrection: -1. One who makes a covenant in My Name, but he proves treacherous. -2. One who sells a free person (as a slave) and eats the price, -3. And one who employs a laborer and gets the full work done by him but does not pay him his wages.”
My own interpretation of this Hadith is you must pay the laborer the adequate amountwhich one will not get in the capitalist system.

A welfare state similar to the Rashidun Caliphate high amount of taxation, inheritance tax, free health care, free college, and 15 dollar minimum wage and 20% of a business owned by workers. And as I have said before I am a social democrat, search it up, on the verge of being a Socialist.
