There hasn't been any beef since the BLM movement spread throughout MN, but from 06-12 we were constantly engaged in battle.

They would indiscriminately harass and jump Somalis for no apparent reason other than being Somali. I've heard countless stories of them jumping and robbing Hooyooyon and elders near Somali neighborhoods.

We were even targeted by Natives at point in time. Ciyaal suuq started packing heat and now madows approach Somalis in a different manner as they know fist fights are a thing of the past.
