America SLAPS down spoiler Deni, tell him to be constructive in talks with Somalia and rejoin NCC

Deni in 2014 as Minister of Planning HSM’s government says the constitution is the parliament’s remit after PL back then cut ties with the FGS.

I agree with Deni ngl

Deni is headed to the next NCC in Dhusamareb @LL247 @Rationale

What an embarrassing climb down. That was a short lived independence
Hehe I don't do early celebrations. Reer Bari are good in politics, they surely have cooked something juicy for us.

Deni might just sit their sulking and refuse to sign anything but get to say well at least I went and tried. this is defo a blow to him tho. If he can be ordered around like this by the IC then let’s hope HSM can call in more favours

Are you asking about the last NCC? They agreed on fiscal federalism.

They had an agreement on elections but wanted to wait for Deni
Now I don't really get it. Wasn't there also a problem with the constitution that Deni refused to agree upon or was it all apart of the fiscal federalism?

This is all part of the constitution review. There’s 9 outstanding political agreements needed.

Some of these of course are FGS control over ports and airports, judiciary, power sharing between FMS councils and fgs, fiscal federalism and elections.

Seems like Deni objected to fiscal federalism as it would centralise finances. There’ll be income tax across the country, aIl tax revenue will go into one account (FMS tax and fgs) and distributed back to the states. Also loans will be distributed by FGS to states and HSM wanted this to be an equal amount between the states.

Deni also objected to federalising the courts as there’d be a Supreme Court that supersedes all the states.

And on elections that’s the focus at the next NCC.

These low IQ chimps need to worry about themselves. PL is the only one upholding federalism. The thing they don't understand is PL is not like Galmudug or Hirshabelle (fake states). PL encompasses the most geopolitcially important land in all of Somaliweyn. When you have access to the Indian Ocean, Gulf of Aden and the Red Sea, you can do whatever you want. There's levels to this.

PL is the reason why Somalia even has some semblance of importance on the world stage. Imagine a Somalia without PL, how much more unimportant they get for the superpowers. My advice to you jungle dwellers is to keep quiet and eat your plumpy nuts🤫. I know how much anger you hold due to your inferiority complex when it comes to us, but there's nothing you can do about it. No amount of tantrums will change anything. We don't care about that constitution we do what we want. We will even create SSC without Xamars approval. HSM will learn like his predecessor how powerless he really is.
Bro you’re mad insecure ae 😂 take a look in the mirror my guy.

Deni won’t fudge. He won’t attend the silly consultation congress. FGS didn’t move an inch forward because Deni has not been cooperating with them. Debt relief has come to an end, so new deals signed, nothing. Deni attending the NCC will give the FGS the necessary legitimacy they need.

It won’t be long before you see HSM talking about heshiis and that we need to solve our issues internally.
