Ha don't get your hopes up, we didn't actually inhabit the area, we were just the Lords of the land. Once we left it went back into the abyss.
:trumpsmirk:

The Somali region is a mystery though. Most accounts say oromos only showed up during the 1500s and they didn't have camels so they wouldn't have been able to survive in the desert.

Ps What is gaboye?
Eastern oromos are herders like somalis oromos didn't exist before middle ages Christians use to inhabit much of sool and sanaag plus mudug
yh yh

and idk what a gaboye is tbh . Sounds reer xamari.

Eastern oromos are herders but did not posses camels.

Christianity spread to all realms of Aksum, including Nubia, Yemen and Somaliland. Graves are also found in Somaliland, depicting crosses and Aksum artifacts.
The Dulbahantas, when asked about these crosses, said it was their custom, derived from sire and grandsire. This again would argue that a Christian people once inhabited these now benighted lands.—Richard Burton

are you saying dhulos were Christians :shookgabre:

Us being invaders is just a paradoxical gimmick sxb, it does not make sense since we are and always have been living in the same stretch of land and coastal area for millenia so that's that.

Why they never claim other places like West Africa, can only be explained by simple psychology. I am assuming you are talking about the light skinned ones that can pass for a Horner? If so, its only expected they would rather relate to or claim the groups with a long standing history of not being enslaved and are still residing in the same very exclusive habitat since before the advent of Islam and or slavery. Its attractive to lump yourself with such pple, i would if was them.

Or would you rather they claim their assumingly correct Bantu land and ancestry with such humiliating traumatic, and dehumanising background?
No they were brought to Somalia as slaves :farole:
