Astaghfirullah what are you talking about sister kkkkk. I've seen it a lot it's not a strange thing in somali culture. It's a way for parent to show their affection to their children but it becomes embarrassing after the age of 6. Think of it like when you bath with your sibling. It's okay until a certain age where it becomes weird. It's not that different than a kiss on the cheek but i'll never do it, it's feels so awkward.
