Just Hawadle side is bigger than the whole middle Shabelle let alone east Middle Shabelle so put it as Hawadle vs Abgaal miskiinyahow Al Shabaab heesato asagoo ciidamadii dhan la isugu geeyay.
Besides this we have many paper clans i was against them under Hirshabelle but im ok with them under Hiiraan State its advantage to have more seats so you can have more influence in the SFG. Some upper house seats will be added to the new FMS so we will have a third Hawadle senator.
Baladweyne has 25 but we will restore back the Yaxar Seat that half Abgaal mooryaanad Khadiije Diiriye moved it to Jowhar this will be her last time so Hiiraan State will have 26 seats not 27 seats. Actually SSC has 12 not 13, Dhulbahante 8 and warsangali 4. I thought Warsangali had 5.
This is mainly he Hawadle side of Baladweyne still other parts are missing

Hiiraan currently has 6 senators and 27 federal seats
I personally think the 2 region clause should not apply to Hiiraan as it existed prior to the addition of new regions by the miltary regime. Instead, it should have it's own special status allowing it to rule itself since it was part of the original 8 regions while not having been split into two.
