Puntland is developing massively in each and every sector, it will take years for the South to catch up, by the time they find peace we will be sending satellites in to the space.
They installed solar lights in Mogdishu and by night time all solars panels were stolen, reminds me of that Somali proverb "Do0faar ma daahiro", a pig never get cleaned no matter how many times you wash them.
