“Half Somalis with Somali mom aren’t Somali” Incels

A lot of people become purposefully dense and say muh they have Somali DNA etc… at a social level, if only your mother is Somali you don’t have a clan. A clan is essentially your ID in Somalia. Without it you can’t really have a life there.

Islamically we know you are what your father is. If your father is Irish and your mother is Somali, how the flying f*ck would you be a Somali.
By your logic, foster kids should follow their biological parents. Islamically it does not say that when it refers to linage. Linage is not ethnicity. No irish person will see you as simply irish you are mixed. It is stupid to deny someone's heritage. Also depends on how you were raised. Second that is Somalia, the west is different. No one in the west will see you as irish because you are mixed. As the video shows, Islam does not say that. It is simply the culture that says that. That is the difference. The video has already debunked that idea. Your mother has raised you as much as your father or more likely even more. Linage is so vague, so if for example a suadi their great great great great grandfather was iraqi and it was the paternal linage. Are they iraqi now?

A somali cadcad or a somali madow, is ironically enough more connected way more than some diaspora. Yet you deny their upbringing. They are somali by nationality by culture, not by linage sure. But identities evolve, like all things. The Germans were ethnic nationalist originally but they changed and became civic nationalists because they realise that blood can only goes so far and plus ethnic nationalism does not create harmony. All these tribes and what not serve to divide people based on something that is genetic happenstance. I do not like tribalism, nor have I ever did. Look at most ethnic nationalist countries. The balkans, all fight over minor genetic difference. Some people say Japan. The Japanese, were more brutal than the germans so much so the Germans told the Japanese to "calm down" with their war crimes. How they treated people they saw less then was disgusting. Ethnic nationalist is stupid and it only leads to war etc

Did he ever claim Abu Talib to be his father? Rasulallah explicitly said it's haram to claim another father than your own. The orphan must keep his own name. :draketf:
Even if they were raised by their adoptive father? You can't claim change your name correct i'm not saying that. But according the shareeah it is still their son. And what if they don't know their own name?

Ibn Taymiyah was named after a woman too.

Ibn Taymiyyah's (ابن تيمية) name is unusual in that it is derived from a female member of his family as opposed to a male member, which was the normal custom at the time and still is now. The title "Taymiyyah" comes from the mother of his forefathers who was called Taymiyahh. She was an admonisher and he was ascribed to her and became known through the name, "Ibn Taymiyahh".[14]Taymiyyah was a prominent woman, famous for her scholarship and piety and the name Ibn Taymiyyah was taken up by many of her male descendants.
Yeah, I agree. Why was he named after his mother?

Imagine some caadan man in the future saying that he is somali because he's 1/8 somali and it's his paternal side.

These faraxs are only acting this way because of how they feel seeing xalimo marry out. It also has to do with desirability politics hence why they get so happy seeing a farax with 4/10 cadaan or asian but ignore if its madhow.

Faraxs when they see a cadaan man claim them:

There's no such thing as a adoptive father in our culture or Islam.
