You collectively called somalis "dhuxul trash" and welfare abusers which I was very much against. You said it was because someone else called you cadaan trash which has more classist undertones to it than racist (I've personally heard more whites use that term against one another), which you may not have known.

There's nothing wrong with calling someone dark/madow if that's what they are.

The Zanzibari Omanis brought the slaves to Somalia, which were then bought, mostly by the "Diverse Hawiyya" clans. the Abgaal, Mataan and Wacdan for use on their plantations in the Shabelli valley.

The British stopped the Omani trade. The Italians freed the slaves inside Somalia, but then made the Bantu and native Negroid clans do forced labor.

Arabs are Semites. Samaales are Cushites. They are both Afro-Asiatics, but divided long ago. Some Somalis do have J, but it's a small number, confined mostly to one clan.

I think both sides (Arab bootyclappers and "we waz cushites n shiet") are terribly misguided. There's nothing wrong with being Arab and trying to preempt it or just hating on Arabs is really dumb and useless.
