If Puntland had the ability to secede, she would have done so long ago
ability? like when Somalia was in the gutter? do you remember who brought back governance and sat in Villa Somalia since Siad barre?

It worked well for Somaliland region didn't it? :drakekidding:
at least SL is not wasting time going back and forth and they are working to build their state. I think we are wasting too much time with centralist loving people in the south.

what are you talking about sxb? are you saying Puntland has the ability to secede and become a fully autonomous state? if that is the case, why hasn't this occurred yet?

Puntland is already autonomous? what do you think the FGS does lmao? there was a time there was no government in Somalia Puntland was there doing work. PL people push for federalism and unity of Somalia but with no federalism, Somalia will officially cease to exist because no way will PL be part of centralized Somalia.

Gedo is the future of Somalia. The political power of Marehan going forward will only increase every year. They own the only region in Somalia without any natural constraints, Gedo is the California of Somalia.

I am not joking.

The delusions in this post are hilarious

Marehan inhabit the worst part of Gedo. The most fertile and best areas either shared or straight Dir or .5 minorities

In fact Southern Dir stand more to profit off the land they sit on than any Marehan ever would. Gaajoharey and Beled Gaajo are Marehan places. Just a ugly scene. Marehan can try to claim Dir land on the internet to make them feel good about “muh Gedo” but in real life they would catch a hot lead bullet kkk :manny:

It is the exact opposite. The river valley from Dolow to Baardheere is entirely under the control of Marehan. The Dir and Rahanweyne are isolated to the far east of the state, areas with almost no water resources. I have read read thousands of pages on Somalia from various publications over the years, so my knowledge of the settlement patterns is quite strong.

Gedo, without a doubt, is in the best position of all states in Somalia to develop economically. What it lacks is political stability.

Ps. The southern Dir live far to the south and are at the mercy of the Marehan who live upstream of them and who have first claim upon the waters of the Juba. The Marehan in the future will turn Jamame into desert.

this is all wrong bardheere district is shared and Dir live to the west of the river Jubba

keep reading whatever myths you want online

the fact is Marehan are useless and weak in Gedo that is why they have Ethiopian soldiers holding their hands 24/7
