I predict somalia will go to war with kenya, but not now. We have to teach these bastards a harsh lesson. Let them have these blocks if they win, but we need to focus on getting them off our soil and building up our own country using our oil blocks. once we do that. We can sow discord in kenya between their tribes and help secessionists to create anarchy by arming them.
If they want to inflame the issue, then let them. Once the europeans leave them, they will see what the kurds have to endure. They can afford to bully somalia with an arms embargo, but they are not smart enough to see the repercussions this will have once somalia deals with it's internal problems.

I get where your coming from but I’m just not hip to somali people and their shallow patriotism and crocodile tears. They only care about how valuable that sea is because it’s under threat of being claimed by kenya, like children. I am a bit disappointed with the ruling so far, Kenya has asked for delay twice to stall the outcome and both times were granted their wishes. Unfortunately, Kenya has some supporters who they will try to use inside Somalia. My wish is to put our differences aside and come together no matter if you are pro or anti N&N. A loss of the maritime is a collective eternal L and I am sure we can agree on that. I have hope things will get better despite this minor setback

Things will only get more difficult from here, look at all Kenya did in just this 2 months delay (air space violations, sending their parliament speaker illegally to speak on our Regional elections).

6. Italy is providing somalia with training the navy branch of the army ( again indicating the end of the arms embargo).
7. Somalia is rising to dominate the horn with Oromo Ethiopia hence why farmaajo is often visiting PM Abiy ahmed.
8. In 50 -60 years Kenya will be a Somali colony( this claim is based on the Somali population of Kenya and the historical place the Kenyans had.
Long story short. It doesn't matter when the hearings begin the case is already won by Somalia, our new allies (the western world) backs Somalia again after more than 35 years.

Neither Kenya or Somalia have the power to influence the court. The decision is made by the court, not through negotiations between Kenya and somalia

The first paragraph is about evidence, the thing is Kenya wants a delay. A delay is not evidence, which means it is in the courts jurisdiction to accept or deny the delay.
