Caare got scammed and has run out of money. One of his friends told him he could get him weapons from Yemen and ran with the money

He tried to leave the mountains and capture a strategic tunnel, instead Somaliland forces took four of his vehicles and he ran back to the mountains and now Caare is negotiating his surrender to the HY elders and we're waiting for the answer. SL government made a deal with HY not to harm Caare so they are taking this slow and plus, they have more important priority like bringing an end to the Ceel Afweyn disputes once and for all with both subclans disarming and turning weapons in to the gov. Muuse is playing a strategic game here instead of falling for Caare bait so he can gain more sympathy
