Why don't 5 or what ever state leaders and clan leaders come together and form one unit or umbrella to not only defeat al shabab but also those ignorant clans that trying divide the nation and make deals with each other that their jobs all is to push somalia forward not backward not the same position they were 10 years ago maybe then we will have unified Somali nation if only they can agree that everyone get a chance to eat or a seat to sit on the table
