Pros:
-He tamed everybody that was against the Somali state establishment from the ONLF to Oromo.
- Initiated a lot of projects for the State and built a powerful army

Cons:
-He massacred his own people to appease his masters the Tigray
-The Jail Ogaden atrocities and humiliating his own kin
-He cowardly surrounded to Abiye while having 40K well trained military in his disposal
- Never tried to negotiate with Tigrey to have heavy weapons stationed in Somali Galbeeed so when the situations called for a confrontations, he would have his demands met.
