Well u assume from the outset that she is dissing Somali men. Maybe she is doing a public service by discussing something or a short coming in Somali men. IF she says they are feminine and possibly closeted homosexuals, she means they are probably gay and don't know it. She is pointing a reference not a dissing.

I think we have to be careful in generalizing, as I read the comments I see people agreeing on making blanket statements. Some are even suggesting ajnabi marraiges as if the grass is greener on the other side. A good person is a good person, no matter their background, race, religion etc.
