I still don’t believe it, I’ve taken classes for statistics and I know just how easy it is to skew stats. Convenient they cite precisely (with even a link) for all their other facts but when it comes to the meat and bones they give a vague “Home Office Figures”. And when you search this up you see hundreds of blogs all citing home office figures in the same manner. Why would you accuse me of being emotional when you could have just asked for evidence? If anything I would say you are the emotional one in the matter considering your own brother was accused, so you probably think it is more common than it is.
Anyways here is the evidence:
Just 1.5% of all rape cases lead to charge or summons, data reveals
Only one in 65 rape cases reported to police result in suspects being summonsed or charged, a Guardian analysis of the latest crime figures has revealed.

Figures show significant fall in prosecutions in England and Wales and victims waiting longer for justicewww.google.com
Listen to yourself rn. Are you telling me I have a 1.5% chance of going to prison if I was to rape someone? I can imagine many scenarios where they can skew this 1.5% stat into something for a front page.
Also how convenient for you to ignore all my other points.
Face it, there’s no such thing as rape culture in the west.
