Me personally I would've spied on ppl and punished everyone who talks about qabyaalad
Create special police force with the singel target of tracking down on qaabilno ? what should it be called ?
Anti qabyaalad police also I would've made a police station in every neighborhood so it would be easy tracking these ngs down
