I'm referring to the doqons that I see calling their own vile things to defend others on that cursed app. Clearly I'm not the only who noticed this.
As for this situation, I too watched this unfold and I maintain that those attention seeking Sudanese started. I have yet to see Sudanis telling their people to chill on those anti Somali videos so my stance is let them karbash each other.

This is a Somali account and fobs have always shown a lot of love to other Muslim countries to the extent that it's sometimes almost vomit inducing. Especially to the Sudanese.
They wouldn't just wake up one day to insult them en masse unless they were provoked.

Well i would agree with you that it was started from the sudanese side but keep in mind that we're dealing with a loud minority here. These sudanese properly don't amount to more than a handful but tiktok is exacerbating the situation. The somalis are simply retaliating in kind that is it really. What can i say haters are found everywhere. One thing i noticed when interacting with sudanese netizens is that they know next to nothing about somalia so ignorance is a factor here but still this doesn't excuse the racial slurs.

i actually like sudanis. I heard from my family that Sudan was pretty good to somalis when the previous president was in power. They even used to sponsor somalis to like study university (my sister got a scholarship even). they also look kinda cool ngl, esp with the turbans. don't know why somalis stopped wearing them, they looked sick with it.
Most sudanese are mixed with arab and they speak arabic. North Africans and Levants are not actual arab but linguistically and culturally arab like the sudanese. You could say Sudanese are genetically more arab than Levant/North Africans. Being Arab is not about dna but language. Sudanese are definitely Arabs.
