somali people can rule themself with sharia law and establish it in their lands and they don't need non somali muslims to rule over them nor colonise their land
Let’s just say hypothetically Ethiopia becomes an Islamic state and the Muslims are the dominant ruling elites and the Shariah governs the country, would you still support the independence of the Somali region?
Personally I wouldn’t since my political views are loyal to Islam.
Exactly. Muslims in the horn of Africa don’t realize their potential, unfortunately we’re stuck with the cancer known as Ethnic-nationalism or qabyaalad which is even worse.no i wouldnt. the horn of africa could be a single state for the muslims there. no brainer really.
oromos are mainly muslim or christian with some pagans. christian oromo are bonafide habesha/amhara who follow ethiopian orthodox. and they are at the top of the oromo heirarchy. and many other oromos call for oromo unity. recipe for disaster. a minority of muslim oromos are woke and know somalis are better for them because of sharing religion. until pan oromo-ism is dropped there is unlikely to be pan islamism in the horn between somali iyo oromo.Exactly. Muslims in the horn of Africa don’t realize their potential, unfortunately we’re stuck with the cancer known as Ethnic-nationalism or qabyaalad which is even worse.
Inshallah the dream of Imam Ahmad will come true.
I’m pragmatic and my political views are whatever is in the best interests of Islam. I would only support independence if Somalis were a tiny Muslim minority being ruled and discriminated/persecuted by the Non-Muslim majority like the case with the Uyghurs in China and other parts of the world but Ethiopian Muslims are not really a minority so I would support a coalition of Muslim ethnic groups to take over the country and implement Islamic law.
We already have enough Muslim countries, we don’t need more. May Allah destroy Kurdish nationalism/separatism.
Shariah law can’t be successfully implemented in a democracy. And Somalia can’t function without a democracy.name 5 countries that failed when Sharia was implemented?
True, the two aren't compatible. but democracy didn't function well in Somalia, thats why MSB took power without bloodshed.Shariah law can’t be successfully implemented in a democracy. And Somalia can’t function without a democracy.
It’s the catch22 we’re forever stuck in.
ssshhhn you aint supposed to say that out loud.but democracy didn't function well in Somalia

People voting in leaders is by no means incompatible with Islam.True, the two aren't compatible. but democracy didn't function well in Somalia, thats why MSB took power without bloodshed.
Leadership in Islam is not appointed by popularity alone.People voting in leaders is by no means incompatible with Islam.
This is why most leaders are picked by representatives who are voted in.Leadership in Islam is not appointed by popularity alone.
representatives will enact laws that are man made which is kufr. This is why most leaders are picked by representatives who are voted in.
Shura is not restricted in number or process from what ive seen.
hmm are you an anarchist? Islam is the base of all law its even in our fake dastoor.representatives will enact laws that are man made which is kufr.
How somalis eritreans and ethiopains were one?No I personally would not be against Ethiopia, Eritrea and Somalia becoming one country again, reviving the Adal sultanate, I am Somali first Adali second and Somalia citizen third. But until then I think we should stop Somali irredentism and stick to Somalia, change constitution, I am also against the blind idealism of Ummah, I support this because we have history of being united, not just because we are muslim but a people have have shared history.
Our constitution was created by the TPLF/UN. We have Islamic jurisprudencehmm are you an anarchist? Islam is the base of all law its even in our fake dastoor.
Islam comes with maxims and some general rules obviously it doesnt come with codified law for countries across the world regarding niche financial laws traffic laws etc.
This is for the government to decide and is shariah compliant.
A politically United global Ummah is unrealistic in our current times but united Muslims within close proximity with similar cultures and background isn’t unrealistic (Pakistan for example) and probably has more of a potential of becoming a reality than Somali nationalism which is a failure if we are being honest. No I personally would not be against Ethiopia, Eritrea and Somalia becoming one country again, reviving the Adal sultanate, I am Somali first Adali second and Somalia citizen third. excuse me ? I never advocate for Global Ummah.A politically United global Ummah is unrealistic in our current times but united Muslims within close proximity with similar cultures and background isn’t unrealistic (Pakistan for example) and probably has more of a potential of becoming a reality than Somali nationalism which is a failure if we are being honest.
An Islamic Sultanate of East Africa will become a reality inshallah and Xaarbashi kuffar will become our Dhimmi subjects paying the Jizyah.
