I know that doesn't make it right or wrong, but the arguments ultimately are philosophical, and in my opinion you either have your own philosophy, or you live in the world of someone else's.
Not many people know but this world we live in today is the world John Stewart Mill envisioned, and so much of what we see is from his philosophy.
