Would a human clone have a soul?

I was wondering about cloning humans there are evidence that cloning humans have been going on for centuries and I think they even cloned a baby back in 2004 I think. My question is would a clone have a soul? I was surprised when I saw people even Muslims saying yes it would have a soul. But is cloning a replication of someone else's DNA?and only Allah can give a soul you can't clone a soul. What are your thoughts?
