Just to be clear, Allah (SWT) made it permissible to marry more than one woman; however, he didn't say you have to and thus you can always come to an agreement with your spouse on whether you want to have another wife or not. If it makes the wife uncomfortable, do respect her wishes. A husband's income becomes divided when he takes on another wife and so forcing your wives to take on another job just because you can't afford to sustain them both is xasad.
