Seeing as OP doesn't seem to expect his wife to work; 1)we can assume a huge differential in their incomes; and 2)due to her lack of working(because why else would she stay in a s-xless and childless marriage?), she won't have the relevant skills/experience to re-enter the job market. Both factors indicate that she'd be very dependent...and the western court system will def. take her side in such a scenario.
Edit: eh, if they are desperate and immoral gold diggers...they could certainly last for more than a year; this guy plans to work 15hrs/day...they could easily get a side guy while their husband is away and rationalize it due to emotional and s-xual neglect
