Shariif blamed it on his PM and basically said he wasn’t aware of any deal

ShiikhShariif is famous for being outmaneuvered when he agreed to institutionalize some of the current clan federalism rules that are causing mayhem. If Faroole could bamboozle him, like that I have reason to doubt Kiinya manipulated him with or without help from ina Cabdirashiid Sharmaarke

We need people like Abdulqawi in Somalia. This man is a top Judge in one of the world's biggest court. If Somalis weren’t retarded they'd make him the top Judge of Somalia.

That’s the problem you get when Hilary Clinton and USA select a dugsi macalin as the President ie top diplomat of the nation. HSM was atleast educated

Why do people keep mentioning 2009 deal as a bad one? the Court concluded that the 2009 MOU is a valid treaty that entered into force upon signature and is binding on the Parties under international law.
and our lawyers started using it as a counter argument when Kenya said: "we controlled the water and Somalia didn't object", when it clearly states in the MOU that the two countries have disputes.
did any body see Kenya using this deal to prove some thing?.

No rational Somali government will sign-off on this proposal for mediation.

Since 1960, the African Union has repeatedly been biased against Somalia in any dispute with Ethiopia and Kenya.

What makes you think they'll be impartial to a weakened Somali state?

We should try our luck at the ICJ and accept the result, be as it may.
