but for any genuine, non sheegad citizen Galmudug/Benaadir/HS, eastSanaag is either disputed or part of JSL, at-least until PL agrees to recognizing northGaalkacyo/Jariiban as part of Galmudug

now that @Woke1.4rm.Shibis now understands the Sanaag situation, he wont make false assumptions any more lest he gets suspected for being a sheegad
