Add we got 2 ports. We got 3 prisons in qardho, garowe, bosaso. We got working police and courts in each state. Our.ministries are world class and working on road infrastructure, energy expansion, and universal water coverage rurally. Now you tell me boy @Fisherman 75 how is PL and those baby states equal?
Puntland isnβt equal to other federal states. I didnβt say that. Simply stated it is not equal to the FGS.

A few years ago, I saw a report where the World Bank or some other entity had the audacity to ask Puntland to share revenue with these other states.
What's more, those other federal states receive their share of international funding, which makes up part of that budget, and for all we know, the bulk of that budget. The truth is, these other FMS are mostly propped up by foreign troops and foreign funding. In their current state, they are not viable. But if they had a normal federal government, with an effective SNA, and they diversified the output of these states, the budgets would far exceed that.
Of course, there are no such plans, the only plans in motion, are how to destroy the only effective and independent government in Somalia; Puntland.

I think the mp system in regional govt other then PL is based on 4.5 which can explain why they have such a bloated state. An effective govt isnt how big your revenues is but how you use your revenue to deliver your public policy goals.
A govt is judged how efficient it is that means reducing revenue needed to achieve its public service and policy goals. Infact most modern countries compete on which party can get their public policy and service done while keeping tax revenue needed the lowest.
In PL parliament we assign seats to gobols and local councils assign seat to neighborhoods and villages. For example my jifi in the garowe council we come in as the member for birta dheer village where as in PL parliament I come in as the member for nugaal since that parliament is shared on 9 states. You.need to represent a village, town, or state in our system. No 4.5 nonsense.
