In general, people should care about others regardless of their own personal issues. It doesn't help also Somalis are their own worst enemies with no outside help destroying them and denying them a good life.

I don't see why a Somali can not care about a Palestinian and now Syrians who are decimated by foreign powers taking sides in their own country.


I avoid following the news of the middle east intentionally and block them out of my world for the simple reason that it became the bosom of hell for the average person who lives there and much to the disgust I have for the wealthy few countries amongst them who perpetrate the pain and suffering of their own people.

Not everyone is really informed about what's going on in Somalia. Including some Somali Americans like myself.

My thoughts on Somalia currently are that the country is building itself back together. The civil war is over and the only thing still lurking is the threat of terrorism and droughts.we still have a lot of poor people though. We still have people wanting to leave Somalia still. Right now it's in the process of rebuilding, so it might take awhile but Somalia could really flourish in the future. A majority of the country is peaceful too. I also haven't heard anything about fighting in between clans so I think that shit died down. .

Honestly seems like Somalia is doing better right now compared to other countries.

Many other countries are still in civil war. Syrian is getting destroyed by multiple countries, Yemen as well, Palestine it just seem like them niggas are basically under house arrest and are stuck with no freedom.

It honestly depends on the person ideology. Religious people would care if muslims are being put in danger and are in bad situation

If you shortly changed the wordings of for title to Somalis. Then it would be different coz all my reer Somaliland peeps are all about flying back and either chilling out building something.

Maybe the sheer majority about my brother's from Somalia is the risk of conflict & no enthusiasm as they see hotels and other nice places targeted by Al Shaytan. (I'm not point scoring) it's like despite all its flaws Somaliland has built a system of governance that's lacking in the south.
